William Blacker: Standard Flies 1. The Wren Tail Fly

Tip: Gold
Tail: Drake, two fibres
Body: Mohair, amber
Hackle: Wren tail
Wing: Partridge, grey tail

The Wren Tail Fly from The Art of Angling by William Blacker. The one above is tied in hand on a vintage blind-eye hook, while the three below all are tied for fishing on Ahrex FW580 #10.

Substituted the wren tail since that is not an option to get my hands on. The wing is also not 100% to pattern, but close enough to the spirit of the pattern
